TOWIE's Georgia Kousoulou talks exclusively to Now about starving herself to be skinny and why joining the gym has changed her life – and body!

She’s got arguably the best body on TOWIE, so it’s hard to believe Georgia Kousoulou, 24, was once starving herself to stay a size 10, surviving on just one meal a day and learning to cope with anxiety and stress after finding fame on the ITVBe show. Here, Georgia, who’s dating ‘hot boyfriend’ Tommy Mallet, reveals how eating more and working out helped her transform her life – and got  her incredible size 8 body.

You must be the only person we know who didn’t put weight on over Christmas…
I’ve still been training but obviously not as much. At Christmas you eat loads and then it gets to January and everyone panics and you’re like: ‘Oh my God I need to drop loads of weight,’ but
it’s really unhealthy.

So how do we get a body like yours this year?
If I’m going on holiday I’ll train daily and if not four times a week. I have a personal trainer and every day I’m doing a different kind of workout so I don’t get bored. I’ll go for a run. The next day we do five minutes of cardio and then all legs. The next day it’ll be a little bit of cardio and then abs…

What exercises do you like?
I love boxing. I like legs, bums and tums classes, too. I love running in the park. You can exercise anywhere!
We’ve got bum envy! What’s your secret?
That’s just pure, hard squatting. I go heavy on my squats to get my bum bigger. I want a bum
like Kim Kardashian’s! I’ll do 15, then stop, then do it again three or four times. It hurts so much but it’s worth it.
When you first joined TOWIE you didn’t look the way you do now…

I never went to the gym. I was running a shop and after work I just went home because I was knackered. I was never fat – I was a size 10 – but as soon as I started going to the gym my body just totally changed.

In what way?
I was a size 10. Now I’m an 8. I’ve never had a tiny frame because I’ve got boobs, but when I started using weights everything became smaller. I went ‘in’ – everything was tighter and my belly was flatter.
Do you weigh yourself?
No, never. Women make this mistake; they’ll look at their weight, panic and then they don’t eat. If you’re going to the gym, you’re going to weigh more, but that’s amazing because you know that fat has changed into muscle.
Last year you were promoting a campaign about eating bread – do you honestly, really eat bread?
Everyone thinks carbs are the enemy but they’re not. I can’t cut out bread. I love my food. When
I was younger I did every diet possible: a shake diet, I didn’t eat, I’d have one meal per day and thought that was the way to do it. I got dramatically skinny but I was so unhealthy and aggy.
Now I eat about four or five times a day but I eat perfect food.

What’s your top advice to women trying to lose weight?
A lot of people think: ‘Oh let’s starve and I’ll lose weight!’ They don’t realise that the more you eat is good, as long as it’s good food. It’s like running a car without petrol – if you’ve got no energy you’re burning into your muscle.
Why did you feel the need to transform yourself?
I didn’t set out to have a transformation. I joined TOWIE and had some time on my hands – so I joined the gym. As soon as I saw results, I loved it. When I wasn’t going to the gym I didn’t feel that good about myself. It releases endorphins, I feel good now.
Your boyfriend Tommy is very fit. Did he encourage you?
Yeah. When I met Tommy I was probably the skinniest I’ve ever been. I was very stressed and anxious and I lost a lot of weight. He said: ‘Georgia you’re too skinny!’ And looking back at pictures in Ibiza, I was. He said: ‘You need to start training and you need to eat more.’ And 
so I got Tommy’s trainer and thought: ‘Perfect, now I can 
eat more,’ and I liked it.
Why were you anxious?
My life had changed quite 
a lot. I’d sold the shop and I 
joined TOWIE, I’d ended 
my previous relationship, so 
it was a few different changes, like a new life. I felt like I was growing up all of a sudden and 
I was like: ‘Oh my God.’
Has the gym helped you?
Yeah, definitely.
Did you ever see a doctor about your anxiety?
No, it’s something I dealt with 
on my own. Everyone feels a bit anxious at times, especially when you’re going into the limelight; but it could be anything, a new job, moving house, anything. 
I just think going to the gym makes you feel better.
How bad did it get?
It never got to the point where 
I was like: ‘Oh my God I can’t leave the house.’ But I didn’t 
feel confident. I spoke to my mum and then I met Tommy, 
and straight away that was a confidence boost, then I went 
to the gym. Now I just know 
how to deal with it and I know 
I’ll be OK.
You wore a very revealing outfit in Marbella last year…
I thought: ‘I’m going to catwalk in my swimsuit and heels this year and I’m going to feel confident.’ That’s the first time 
I felt body confident.
Were you nervous?
Yeah. I was going to be on TV in it! I wanted to wear my kaftan but Tommy said: ‘George, you’ve worked hard for this body, you get out there and you walk around in your swimsuit!’ and that’s what I did.

Oh my God, yeah,

Oh, definitely. When I met him 
in Ibiza filming TOWIE I wanted people to say: ‘This is Tommy’s hot girlfriend.’
Has being fitter 
improved your sex life?
I don’t know about 
that one! I mean, listen, 
I think anytime you’re more confident there’s always going to be more romance, isn’t there? 
You can answer that one 
for me – Tommy would kill me 
if I answered that question!
So it’s always been great?
Well, yeah, we’ve always 
had chemistry!
Do you give the other 
TOWIE cast fitness tips?
I always help people but I think unless you want to do it for yourself, no one can tell you. Lauren Goodger looks unreal 
at the moment and I saw her interviewed on Loose Women recently. They asked her if Michelle Keegan spurred her on, but she said no, she woke up one day and the time was right for her – and I think that’s right for anyone. You’ve got to want to do it for yourself.
Do you give Arg any advice?
No, but Lydia [Bright] and I always have this conversation. He trains with Tommy – I let Tommy do the boy talk and me and the girls train together.
Who do you think has the best body on TOWIE?
Lydia Bright has the best bum in 
the world ever. Chloe Lewis 
has got a flat stomach, Danielle Armstrong has amazing boobs and a lovely flat stomach, 
Jess Wright has got lovely 
curves. I definitely like Lydia’s bum though!
Were you ever bullied 
at school for 
your weight?
I had a lot of girl aggro. They would always start on me. I just hated it. I used 
to leave school half 
an hour early to 
get away from them 
it was so horrible. 
I’ve never spoken 
about that before.
Why were they horrible to you?
Some girls hate girls – they never liked me. They said stuff like: ‘We’re gonna cut your face!’ Really horrible things. I always used to see people getting bullied about their weight and I used to stick up for them and that just put me in the limelight. I would never ever let anyone get bullied in front of me.
Has anyone ever said anything horrible about your body?
Yes, about my rib cage. Trolls 
say: ‘Her rib cage is sticking 
out she’s too skinny!’ It’s my natural body shape – they always stick out. My dad’s the same.
Is it true that Will.I.Am wore Tommy’s trainers on The Voice?  
Yeah! His stylist messaged Tommy. We thought it was 
a joke! I told him to send a pair 
just in case so he did and the 
next minute they’re in the 
advert and he wore them on 
The Voice! I’m so proud of him.

The 27-year-old has further proved that he’s undoubtedly one of TOWIE’s hottest cast members.

Pete has certainly made the most of his beautiful bod and even released a 2016 calendar last year, just so we can be blessed with a new topless Pete pic every month. Living the dream eh!?

The question on our lips though (and probably everyone else’s too…) is whether Mr Wicks curently has a girlfriend.

Despite getting cosy with co-star Jessica Wright, 30, in the last series of TOWIE, Pete admitted in December that nothing was actually going on with the pair.

‘It’s the same as it always is with me and Jess. We’re like friends that flirt,’ confessed Pete, adding: ‘But we’re not really compatible relationship-wise. We’ll always have a bit of chemistry but we’re better off as friends. I think you need more than chemistry to make things work. She’ll make a good girlfriend to someone, but it isn’t going to me.’

Pete, 27, adopted a very cute 6-month-old French Bulldog who he has named Eric – the perfect companion for his dog Ernest, who is basically an Instagram star by himself.

Speaking about his new dog, Pete said: ‘I’ve been looking for another dog for a while now and really wanted to rescue a puppy as a little friend for my French Bulldog, Ernest. It was absolutely worth the wait because I was lucky enough to adopt Eric, from Dogs Trust and they’ve been inseparable ever since. If you do have the opportunity to rescue and if you are looking for a new dog, there are plenty of dogs looking for homes at Dogs Trust!’

Pete often shares photos on social media of himself with Ernest proving that the tattooed hunk definitely does have a softer side.

When James jokily reminded Pete that Ernest was just a dog, adorable Pete replied with: ‘He’s not just a dog! There are just dogs and then there’s Ernest.’

Eurovision is one of the greatest nights of the year because you never know what you’re going to get.

Remember when Norway pulled out a heavy metal band? When Greece brought the most adorable man on the planet? When Russia had nuns or something (still not sure what happened there)?

But why can’t Britain, the land of eccentricity, get close to winning? Other than the fact everyone votes for their neighbouring countries and we’re an island, it’s because we held out for a hero and instead we got Bonnie Tyler stumbling on stage. What we need is the best of British talent.

The two leading rumours for the UKs Eurovision act are Nicholas McDonald, who came second place in The X Factor 2013, and Jess Wright, of TOWIE fame.

The best show on television at the moment is Celebrity Big Brother because the UK is amazing at reality TV. And with the BBC scrapping the selection show on BBC4, we can drop all pretence that we need to treat Eurovision like The X Factor.

What’s even better is that Jess Wright can sing! She exclusively revealed to Now at the NTAs that she has a record deal and everything! But…

What we need is a show, and reality stars live to entertain. We’re sure Nicholas McDonald’s song ‘Beautiful Life’ is really good, as well as other rumoured contestants Liss Jones (The Voice 2015) and Michael Rice (another X Factor, from 2014) will sing more in tune than the rest of the racket at Eurovision 2016.

However, Jess Wright is singing ‘Heartache at the Disco’. We haven’t heard it yet but just imagine the glam-pop explosion on stage.

Just imagine one woman from Essex standing in front of the entire continent and telling them ‘shu’up’.

For too many years we’ve been ignored by the rest of Europe. Now’s the chance to take a stand! Jessica Wright can sing, she knows how to entertain, and she’s the best chance we’ve got to take down the legion of goats from Malta, or the real-life Pope from Italy, or whaever stupid thing the others do.

Now is the time for a reality star. If we let the ridiculousness of Eurovision clash with the ridiculousness of reality TV, we can win.

Will 2016 be the year that Arg and Lydia become parents!?

Possibly the cutest thing to come out of TOWIE since vajazzles, James ‘Arg’ Argent and Lydia Bright have revealed that they could be planning to become foster parents soon!

Now, doesn’t that just warm those ol’ cockles?!

Speaking to The Mirror, 29-year-old Lydia shared that ‘Arg and I have spoken about fostering and how positive it is. He loves children and has met my foster brothers and sisters’, before adding ‘Fostering is something I don’t think either of us would rule out’.

If the teenage sweethearts- who have been on-and-off for over a decade- do decide to foster, it’ll be following the suit of Lydia‘s mum, Debbie, who has fostered over 247 children the past twenty years.

This is the latest in Arg and Lyd‘s string of future plans, having recently shared that it’s likely the couple will tie the knot in the next few years- Lydia shared that ‘we’re very happy, we live with each other and we love each other. [Marriage] probably will happen. I’m hopeful that it will happen with the next couple of years’.

‘Many of you have been wondering if I will be returning back to Essex after my adventure Down Under,’ Ferne says in the clip.

‘I have been super busy since I’ve been back from Australia which means you won’t be seeing as much of this on The Only Way Is Essex.

‘To be honest with you, you might enjoy the break!’

Let’s not get too emotional about it just yet though as Ferne hasn’t ruled out returning to the show that made her famous if her co-stars require her support.

‘However, if any of my friends ever need me or need my advice I will make sure I am back to Essex to help them,’ she explains.

Ferne proves she’s still a TOWIE girl at heart at the end of the footage when she signs off with ‘lots of Essex kisses’. Awww.

Many fans are pretty upset about Ms McCann’s news, with one commenting: ‘won’t be the same without you but good luck!’

We’re not entirely surprised that Ferne has decided to bow out of TOWIE for now though as she’s been a very busy lady lately with some exciting new ventures.

The reality star – who joined The Only Way Is Essex in 2013 – is a regular face on This Morning these days, where she acts as a showbiz reporter, and also appears to have been working on a secret project with her I’m A Celeb buddy George Shelley.

Last week Ferne reTweeted a photo of her and George dining at a restaurant and it all sounds very interesting…

We spied the couple cosying up at the European premiere of How To Be Single on Tuesday night. A source close to the TOWIE star tells us: ‘It’s a fairly new thing but he really likes her.’ And it’s so serious, Pete has even quit smoking to show her how much he really likes her. ‘He’s down from 24 cigs a day to two,’ the source adds.

Although the pair made their public debut at the movie premiere, they were careful to avoid posing for any photographs together, while slipping into the theatre amongst A-list stars including Rebel Wilson and Dakota Johnson. ‘He didn’t think anyone would notice them,’ the source adds, when shown Now’s cheeky clip of the lovers sneaking up the red carpet.

TOWIE star James 'Arg' Argent was eliminated off channel 4's The Jump but Now can reveal TV bosses want him back...

Incredibly, TOWIE‘s James ‘Arg’ Argent escaped from channel 4’s The Jump with no injuries  after he was eliminated from the terrifying winter sports reality show, hosted by Davina McCall,  and his friends and family in Essex are said to be ‘relieved’ he’s coming home after five celebrities have ended up in hospital.

But Now can reveal that Arg, 28, is in talks to return to the show on Sunday after Made In Chelsea’s Mark Francis became the fourth celebrity to be forced to quit The Jump after fracturing his ankle this week.

And Arg has hinted at the news he will return to The Jump just minutes ago with a new photo on his Instagram back in his winter sports outfit with the caption: ‘But it feels so empty without me…!!! #ReturnOfTheMac hahahahaha x’

A source close to Arg told Now: ‘We thought Arg would be one of the first to injure himself, he’s not sporty and he’s never done anything like this before, but he is still in Austria and is in training at the moment for Sunday’s show.’

Ferne McCann confirms TOWIE exit in video message

Don’t worry, though, Ferne hasn’t suffered an injury. The reality star was actually having a vampire facial and took a rather frightening selfie during the treatment.

The procedure – which became famous when Kim Kardashian tried it out – might look terrifying but Ferne seemed to enjoy it.

‘Only went & joined the Kim K #vampirefacial club didn’t I,’ the 25-year-old captioned the photo.

‘Looks scary but it’s your own blood & is pain free. Thanks Dr Kannan Athreya at Essex Private Doctors’

Ferne’s followers were glad to hear that all was okay but many were a bit stunned by the sight of blood al over the TV star’s face.

‘Wow blood! Really!?!’ one commented, whilst another wrote: ‘i have a phobia of blood! Thismakes myhands and knees weal’

The £750 treatment was carried out by Dr Kannan Athreya at Essex Private Doctors and involves injecting plasma from the blood back into the face with the aim of erasing wrinkles.

Ferne says the treatment was ‘really relaxing’ despite it looking a bit scary.

‘I am quite against going under the knife, so to keep looking fresh and youthful, I followed in Kim Kardashian’s footsteps and had the vampire facial,’ she tells The Sun.

‘I admire Kim’s gruelling commitment to beauty. I think the whole world does. She always looks fantastic and is my beauty idol, so it’s part of my new regime.

‘The facial felt actually, really relaxing. Because of the anaesthetic, you feel hardly anything.

‘It’s a really good feeling. It feels like it’s going to make you look amazing and do wonders to the skin.’

TOWIE is getting two brand spanking new cast mates in the shape of Chloe Meadows and Courtney Green

TOWIE is about to add two more beautiful babes to its cast, with the arrival of newbies Chloe and Courtney.

We got all excited when we heard someone talking about it in the CelebsNow office earlier, before we realised that their names were spelled with a ‘C’ and not a ‘K’ – but still, the news is pretty major.

Their full names are Chloe Meadows and Courtney Green, and they’re set to join the ITVBe show when it returns later this month. Whoop!

The girls are best mates, and 23-year-old Chloe also counts CBB’s Megan McKenna as a close pal.

And with their glam looks, their as fabulously Essex as you’d expect.

Secretary and part-time barmaid Chloe is currently single after her last boyfriend dumped her to go back to his ex whilst she was on holiday last summer. Pretty harsh!

Junior PA Courtney, 20, is also currently single and has lost a whopping two stone in weight since her last break-up.

They both know members of the existing cast – Chloe is mates with Lewis Bloor, Jake Hall and Dan Edgar, whilst Courtney is chummy with Mike Hassini and Liam Blackwell.

Their addition to the cast will go a little way to fill the gap left by Jess Wright, who this morning announced that she was leaving the show after five years.

The star, one of the last-remaining original cast members, explained in a video message on Twitter: ‘I just want to let you know that after five amazing years on The Only Way Is Essex it’s time for me to step away. I’ve had thee best time and I’d like to thank you all for your support. You will be seeing me soon and I’ll still be keeping you up to date with all the goss in Essex.’

Things are about to get a whole lot more exciting down Brentford way, because Gemma Collins AND Amy Childs are set to make a a return to The Only Way Is Essex.

The much-loved former stars of the ITVBe show have already been spotted filming scenes at the now-iconic Sugarhut club for the show’s special 200th episode.

Speaking to The Sun, a source said: ‘It’s true that both Amy Childs and Gemma Collins were among other former TOWIE stars invited back to Sugar Hut last week for filming.

‘As the show that they first found fame on, they were only too happy to participate on filming for TOWIE’s 200th episode and talk about how grateful they are for the chance the show gave them in starting out.’

And, excitingly, a full-time return hasn’t been totally ruled out.

‘I don’t think there’s any talk of a permanent return,’ the source said, ‘although they’re all still Brentwood locals, so never say never!’

SQUEAL.

Gemma quit the show last summer after she burst into the show in 2011 with the legendary line, ‘Gemma Collins, New York, Paris, Milan’, and she recently had us all LOLing our way through the latest series of Celebrity Big Brother.

It’s been much longer since Amy left the show – five long years in fact!

She was one of the original cast members, and enjoyed a brief relationship with Kirk Norcross – remember when he took her to the zoo on a date? Priceless!

She only stayed two series before bidding TOWIE farewell so she could focus on growing her beauty business.

She did a stint on Celebrity Big Brother too, and also had her own fly-on-the-wall reality show, It’s All About Amy.

It most certainly is all about Amy – and Gemma! We can’t wait to see them back to their full TOWIE glory.

These new members of the TOWIE gang are keeping it in the family

TOWIE is welcoming some hot new faces to its cast – and you might just recognise one of them from another reality show.

Yep, former Love Island star Jon Clark is heading to Essex along with his little brother Chris and something tells us they’re going to make things pretty interesting!

Courtney and Chloe: Meet TOWIE’s hot new cast mates

Club promoter Jon, 26, has been hailed as ‘TOWIE’s newest alpha male’ and is already familiar with several cast members, counting Dan Edgar, James Lock and Mike Hassini as his mates.

The ladies of the show might be interested in Jon too as the reality star is now single.

Last summer he very publicly fell for Hannah Elizabeth on Love Island and the pair reached the final. They even enjoyed a whirlwind engagement following a whirlwind proposal on the show but sadly split after a few months.

We think Jon will fit right in on TOWIE though. After all, he previously lived in the gang’s favourite holiday haunt Marbella for three years!

Joining Jon on the show as a fellow newbie is his younger sibling Chris, who is currently a student pursuing Graphic Design at Anglia Ruskin in Cambridge.

Like Jon, the 21-year-old is pally with some of the TOWIE crowd already as he often hangs out with Mike and we’re sure it won’t be long before he’s mixing with the rest of the clan.

Chris also has some jet-setting under his belt, having lived in Los Angeles for three months last year, so that’s bound to impress the rest of the cast.

The brothers Clark are clearly excited to be joining the show and Jon posted a sweet message on Twitter following the announcement.

‘Thank you to everyone for your kind messages! Such a loverly reaction,’ he wrote.

‘new chapter of my life @OnlyWayIsEssex and with my bro @ChrisJClark_’

Jon and Chris – who start filming tonight – aren’t the only new faces arriving in Essex.

They’ll be joined by girls Chloe Meadows and Courtney Green, who will hopefully help to fill the gap left by departing cast members Jessica Wright and Ferne McCann.

It’s also thought that some old TOWIE favourites – Gemma Collins and Amy Childs – are set to return to the show.

Hallelujah! A return from one of our original faves

We were over the moon when we heard the news that Amy Childs and Gemma Collins were filming scenes for TOWIE again – and now there seems to be even more cause for celebration, as another major cast member looks set to return… it’s only Mark Wright!

One of the original cheeky chappies of the show, Mark has been absent (save for a few specials) since his departure in 2011. However, with the reality show’s upcoming 200th episode approaching, Mark will be joining in with the fun – hooray!

However, before we hire out a room at the Sugar Hut to celebrate, there’s a small catch…

In celebration of the 200 episode milestone, a special documentary about TOWIE is being aired, featuring castmates past and present – and Mark will be narrating it all.

According to a representative: ‘He’s voicing the documentary – he’s not in the actual 200th episode (that we know of!).’

So we’ll only be hearing Mark’s dulcet tones, without seeing him. Either way, we’re still holding out hope – you never know what TOWIE will pull out of the bag for their big birthday…

Since leaving TOWIE in 2011, Mark has done a pretty great job at establishing an identity away from the show: he’s a radio host, he put in a great effort on Strictly in 2014 and has also become one-half of one of Britain’s best-looking celeb couples by marrying Michelle Keegan.

After doing so well for himself, surely it’s not too much of an impossibility for him to show up on our screens? With what seems like a pretty fabulous life, it’d be like the best high-school reunion ever!

After stripping off for our exclusive shoot in this week’s Now (you’re welcome), the longhaired hunk couldn’t help but gush over his new love, Riah Read, as we then sat down to interview him. And it’s all far too adorable.

‘I went out for a few drinks with a ‘friend’ of mine,’ he laughed, after we told him we’d spotted the pair at the How To Be Single European premiere on Feb 9. ‘We’ve known each other for a while and have been seeing each other for a few weeks. I’m Mr Single. I’m too old to be single now, though. So it would be nice to chill out a bit and have date nights and someone to look after my dogs and make me breakfast.’

We also spotted Peter cosying up to the brunette beauty at the launch of the Dogs Trust MicroChippy earlier this month. The reality star planted a kiss on her cheek as they posed for photographs.

Could this lead to a new TOWIE hook-up?

Earlier this month, Mario, 28, left fans questioning whether he wanted to rekindle his romance with former TOWIE co-star, Lucy Mecklenburgh, after posting a cryptic message on Instagram but perhaps now he’ll take a fancy to Courtney, who actually looks pretty similar to Lucy, 24.

Courtney also spoke about TOWIE favourite, Gemma Collins, admitting that she wouldn’t want to ‘cross Gemma Collins’.

She added: ‘Gemma seems to have a lot of fights so she seems quite up for it. Although, Megan McKenna said she was lovely. As long as she never wanted to fight me then I’d love to be her friend.’

Naw, cute! We’re also excitied to watch Courtney’s BFF and other TOWIE newbie, Chloe Meadows, who admitted to being ‘so nervous’ about the first episode to air.

But which original TOWIE member would Chloe kiss?

Ms Meadows revealed: ‘Joey Essex! He’s funny and I love people that are funny. I don’t know him – I need to meet him!’

Oooh, ANOTHER potential romance.

Carol admits she struggled to cope after losing her mum

TOWIE star Carol Wright has spoken of her heartbreaking grief following the death of beloved mum Nanny Pat.

The reality star was devastated when her famous mother passed away in December after a short illness and admits that she broke down when she got home from her funeral.

Mark Wright is heading back to TOWIE?

Having been accompanied back by daughter Jessica, Carol admits she was overcome with grief.

‘It hit me after the funeral – I’ve lost my mum, I’m never going to see her again,’ Carol, 55, emotionally revealed on Thursday’s edition of Loose Women.

‘I sobbed on the floor like a baby. Jess was hugging me.’

Carol says she tried to keep it together as she didn’t want her children – Jess, Mark, Josh and Natalya – to get upset but confessed she was crying ‘every day’ after losing Nanny Pat.

‘I kept thinking, “I can’t cope with this,”’ she explained. ’It’s a horrible feeling.

‘I’m so lucky [though], she was 80 and she had a wonderful life.’

Filming the latest series of TOWIE has also proved difficult for Carol, who used to star alongside Nanny Pat in the show.

‘It’s been really hard,’ she said. ‘Really weird. But you just have to go on.’

Carol even considered leaving given that Mark departed the series quite a while ago and now Jess has gone too, but knew her mum would want her to do it still.

‘She’d want me to still carry on,’ said Carol. ‘She used to ring me, saying “Am I filming today?”

’She loved TV, she loved soaps, she loved TOWIE. She was a lovely lady, the kindest lady you could ever meet.’

It’s clear that Carol and her much-loved mum – whose full name was Patricia Brooker – were always inseparable.

‘Losing your mum is like having your umbilical cord cut,’ she movingly explained.

‘I’ve never had an argument with my mum all my life.’

Awww. The new series of TOWIE starts on 28 February at 10pm on ITVBe.
